Returns due to Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns due to Damages
It doesn’t happen often but, minor manufacturing defects can occur from time to time. Books received with minor defects are not eligible for return. However, if you contact us we can assess this on a case by case basis. Below is a list including, but not limited to, defects that are considered minor: 

• Cover scratches 
• Smudges in the lamination (usually this is the glue which can be wiped off with a damp cloth)
• Dents
• Ink spots
• Folded pages 
• Lamination creases or scored hinges
• Gutter read marks 
• Bent or pressed edges

If you believe there is a problem with your order, such as a defective or damaged product, please contact hello@keepswimmingbook.com with your Name, Order Number and further information regarding the damages (including photos) to help us assist you.
