You can’t live a big life through a small screen. I read that once, and it hit me hard.

This past year, while navigating some complex health challenges, I’ve been reminded of what truly matters. That clarity has shifted my focus away from the online space and toward what lights me up most - real human connection.

Right now, my energy is going into offline spaces: being at markets, meeting people face-to-face, sharing my words in person, and exchanging the kind of energy you can’t replicate through a screen.
